Just wow!
First off, this was my first visit here. But it definitely won't be me last. I was having a dental emergency and I was looking to be seen same-day. Made a few calls and other places said the earliest they could squeeze me in was next week. I came across Craft Smiles and saw they were close by. I sent up a quick prayer and made a call. The receptionist was super empathetic and helpful. She told me they could squeeze me in same-day at 3, I was so grateful! Less than 20 minutes later, she called back and told me of a last minute cancelation and asked if I could be there by 1:30. I was elated!
Walking in, the staff was warm and inviting. The office is nice, modern, and clean. The dental assistant was so attentive and cautious given my condition. And the dentist was thorough, transparent and personable. The entire staff made a rather painful experience, seamless and comforting. I cannot say enough about the care and service I received.
If you're looking for a dentist, you should consider Craft Smiles. You won't regret it.

Wow, I HIGHLY recommend them! It’s a crazy thing to say, but I actually have fun each time I’m there. The staff is so friendly and the Dentists I’ve met, like Dr. Monica Pattel, make it seem like I’m laughing with my friends. I have dental anxiety and i feel so comfortable here. Plus, the house corgi is a huge reason to come here!

This place is sooo beautiful!! Everyone is so friendly and they are super hospitable! The Dr was very sweet and her and her team made it their top priority to make sure I was comfortable and that I understood everything that would take place. The doctor was aware of my previous horror story at the dentist so she made sure to calm my nerves and assure me that I was in good hands. The laughter kept going and going since I walked through the door. Everybody is so sweet and that emotional support dog that they had Toasty Malone was just the cherry on top. I’m very excited to get started with all of my treatments and I Will definitely be recommending my whole family and friends to come in and see them and have them as their dentist!! 10 out of 10 I highly highly highly recommend!! And that’s on Period!!

Had my first visit with Craft Smiles today, and as soon as I walked in, I noticed something different about this place. Everything was beautifully decorated, and the office smelled amazing. I checked in at the front desk, and the staff was incredibly polite and welcoming.
Emma did a fantastic job with my X-rays, photos, and cleaning. When I looked in the mirror afterward, my teeth were glowing white!
Dr. Kashyap took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth, and we had a great 10-minute conversation about their condition, preventative care, and my next steps. I never felt rushed and could genuinely see how much the team cares about their patients.
The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care at Craft Smiles is outstanding. I had a 10/10 experience and highly recommend this dental office. I'm already looking forward to my next visit in 6 months!

I had a great experience at Craft Smiles. Everyone was personable, easy going and just felt overly welcomed - in a good way! The hygienist went over my dental history and was very informative from the scans to cleaning my teeth. Dr. K was honest and appreciated his feedback. So glad I found them!

I have extremely high dental anxiety. I saw a post on IG talking about how they handle dental anxiety and decided to see for myself. They are extremely kind and compassionate. I felt safe and informed. The hygienist, Ruth, informed me of every step before she did and checked in the entire time. I didn’t feel judged or shamed. The dentist, Dr. K, came in and showed my scan (which was really cool to see), he was down to earth and listened to my story and concerns. I feel relieved to have found them.

I had the best experience with Dr. Nick. his dental assistant and the front desk girls. He is patient, caring and has done amazing work for me. It was very clear what I would owe vs. what my insurance would pay. They offered easy financing if needed and it was very professional. It is clear that all of their systems work and they are very organized. I spent no time waiting and they all clearly communicated. I will be a recurring patient here and If you are nervous about dentist this is the place for you!!

Craft Smiles is amazing! I’ve always had a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist, but they make me feel so comfortable. Unlike most dentists I’ve been to, they’re never judgmental about my dental health when I’ve admittedly been lacking. The staff at the front desk always makes me feel welcomed, and Britney was amazing while doing my cleaning- making sure I was okay the whole time and was very friendly in general. Nick was great as well, all the staff are so kind and create an environment that feels so safe and comfortable. Best dentist I’ve ever been to, 10/10 recommend

No changes — still the best dentistry I’ve ever been to. Dr. Patel truly changed my life when it comes to dental anxiety. She and her team (plus her husband!) were made for this. Leslie and Ruth are amazing as well. I still get anxious, but I show up because she makes me feel safe, calm, and understood. She always adjusts things to make me comfortable without judgment. Whenever someone even mentions the word “dentist,” this is the only place I recommend. Plus their anxiety dog works overtime when I’m there.

We absolutely love Craft Smiles! The atmosphere is so welcoming. We enjoy the friendly staff and knowledgeable dentists on site. They even have their mascot available for emotional support 🐶❤️ "Toasty" is adorable! My son left a small toy behind during our last visit & the staff were SO kind to save it for him! This place is perfect to create positive experiences with dentistry for all ages. We'll be returning for many visits to come!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🦷

Stop what you’re doing or looking any further for a new dentist because Craft Smiles is it. The most patient, attentive, relaxed and fun atmosphere I’ve ever experienced at a dentist while still being extremely professional and credible. Dr. Monica took so much time to go over my history, questions and results and I felt so cared for during my time here by the entire staff. I never thought I’d be looking forward to my next dentist appointment!

As a person with major dental anxiety, I felt very at ease at my first appointment. Everything was explained before each step and the staff were super friendly. Dr. Patel is wonderful. She is extremely friendly and very thorough. A treatment plan was presented and nothing had to be decided in the moment, which I really appreciated. I recommend very much recommend this practice.

10/10 Would highly recommend! I’ve been coming to Craft Smiles since 2021 and It’s an absolute joy to have my teeth taken care of here. Dr.Patel and all the techs/staff are friendly and have great bedside manner! I also love that I don’t feel pressured into unnecessary treatments. I don’t have insurance but find their pricing reasonable, even affordable considering the service and results are amazing. Bonus: they have the cutest office dog who is very well mannered.

I had such a great first experience! From being offered a sparkling water upon check in, to the great staff, chique office look, down to their thorough work, I felt very taken care of. Everyone was super friendly, confident, and very knowledgeable. Angel doing a fantastic job getting me started and Brittany’s thorough cleaning were both very much appreciated! I was given great advice and even a generous goody bag before leaving. I’ll definitely be back!!

This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist! Jess, the hygienist was extremely personable and Dr. Kashyap was amazing and really listened to my concerns. The space was very clean and cute. 100% worth my 30 minute drive to see them!

As someone who is a hypochondriac, I hated the dentist. I’ve cancelled too many appointments for my liking, and finally decided to go in to get my deep cleaning. I’ve referred every single person that says the word dentist around me.After my first visit I became more and more comfortable coming, now I’ll text the business line asking if I can come in when I feel the slightest pain in my mouth. The front desk receptionist, Leslie, is always on top of it. Stephanie is my best girl, literally the sweetest and best at making me feel comfortable. She also acts like she cares about all the inappropriate stuff I talk about. Monica is hands down THE BEST dentist I’ve ever let work on me, understanding, personable, funny, and if SK didn’t marry her, I would. It just feels like a family cookout every time I come, not the dentist. Plus they have Corgis, just come here, I promise you will be happy you did!

This is truly a 5 star dental practice! I was lucky enough to find them when I had an emergency - my former dentist had retired and I had to rely on reviews and intuition in picking a new one. I picked a winner!
