    Meet the Doctors:

    Dr. Patel & Dr. Kashyap

    Dr. Monica Patel and Dr. Sameer Kashyap both attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. Dr. Monica Patel is a native of Charlotte and completed her undergraduate studies at NC State followed by a Masters in Nutritional Sciences at Columbia University in NY. Dr. Sameer Kashyap is also a Charlotte native and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Despite being a house and dental practice divided (UNC and NC State are Rival schools), Dr. Patel and Dr. Kashyap find a way to cater to their community and deliver the best in cosmetic, general and family dentistry.

    Although Dr. Patel and Dr. Kashyap grew up in Charlotte and completed their Bachelors at neighboring universities, they did not meet until Tufts in Boston. Dr. Sameer Kashyap went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry in Winslow, Arizona after dental school and found his passion for implant dentistry. He has taken more continuing education courses focused on placing implants safely and successfully through 3D Guided implant surgery.

    In addition to their impressive training, Dr. Patel and Dr. Kashyap continue their education and are fully certified Invisalign providers. They believe everything down to the smallest of details are important and make all the difference in making your experience the best it can be. They strive to build meaningful relationships with all of their patients by listening to their concerns and creating personalized treatment solutions in a pain-free, judgement-free environment.

    This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist! Jess, the hygienist was extremely personable and Dr. Kashyap was amazing and really listened to my concerns. The space was very clean and cute. 100% worth my 30 minute drive to see them!

    As someone who is a hypochondriac, I hated the dentist. I’ve cancelled too many appointments for my liking, and finally decided to go in to get my deep cleaning. I’ve referred every single person that says the word dentist around me.After my first visit I became more and more comfortable coming, now I’ll text the business line asking if I can come in when I feel the slightest pain in my mouth. The front desk receptionist, Leslie, is always on top of it. Stephanie is my best girl, literally the sweetest and best at making me feel comfortable. She also acts like she cares about all the inappropriate stuff I talk about. Monica is hands down THE BEST dentist I’ve ever let work on me, understanding, personable, funny, and if SK didn’t marry her, I would. It just feels like a family cookout every time I come, not the dentist. Plus they have Corgis, just come here, I promise you will be happy you did!

    Absolutely the BEST dentist experience I have ever had! Everyone from the front desk to the tech to the Dentist was absolutely amazing. They make you feel like you are at home, they don’t rush you. They are very detailed and professional. I’ve been looking for a dentist in my area for a long time! Craft smiles is by far the best!     This is truly a 5 star dental practice! I was lucky enough to find them when I had an emergency - my former dentist had retired and I had to rely on reviews and intuition in picking a new one. I picked a winner!From the first visit, I’ve been very impressed with the friendly & relaxed atmosphere, and know it stems from the personalities of the owners, Dr. Kashyap and Dr. Patel. Husband & wife team, a true dynamic duo.They are welcoming and sincere in the one on one attention they give, yet offer utmost professionalism and skill, with amazing educations behind them.Everything is state of the art, so the procedures are much quicker and precise. My experience there has been pain free, including 2 implants in the past 2 years.They offer a dental plan that saved me quite a bit, and kept me well informed on all charges. The staff is also warm and personable, making the visits a pleasure. And the dental hygienists are the best!If you’re looking for a new one, you’ve found it the best dental practice right here!
